It has good animation potential, thematic connections, it'southward honestly good. So why is information technology on this list? Simple. Uraraka VS Kat.

Yeah as much every bit I like this fight with the added Jojo bias, even I have to say Kat is objectively Uraraka'due south best opponent. Good connections and interaction potential, it has similar if not better connections than this fight, and every bit shown past Zero Gravity Blitz, it has the potential to make a banger of a track, and because of that, I just can't desire Koichi VS Uraraka due to Uraraka VS Kat beingness an considerately ameliorate fight In my eyes.

Number xiv: Ness VS Silver (Mother VS Sonic the Hedgehog)

Oh Silver, you're then requested for Death Battle but y'all accept such controversial opponents, if yous didn't know Trunks VS Silver was a really popular MU back in the day, but then something happened, a Super thing happened, yep with the release of DB Super and the Goku Blackness arc, Trunks got buffed to the point where he could shell Silver. This is when people thought that since Silver lost the MU is bad (Which is i of the worst reasons to say that a MU is bad) and then anybody tried to notice alternatives for Silver and most if not all of them were awful. Between the bland as hell Mewtwo, the 'why does this be' Magneto and the 'I can't even joke well-nigh how bad this is' Axl. Silvery has lots of shit MUs, and this 1 is the I dislike the most.

So are there any positives to this fight? Well the animation potential.... isn't the worst. It's not keen but In theory information technology could work which is probably why this fight is so low on the list simply that'due south about it for positives.

And so what are the connections? "They're psychics" that's it. The connections are and so boring and unimaginative they only don't piece of work well, especially since that connection tin apply to and so many other characters. And remember when I said the blitheness potential wasn't the worst, that doesn't it doesn't accept flaws. The fight would probably get boring fast every bit I imagine Silverish just chucking stuff at Ness, Ness uses a PSI power, a trivial bit of bat to hand combat and rinse and repeat until 1 of them launches a big attack and wins would probably get boring fast. And do I demand to mention how much better Frisk (from Undertale) and Trunks (from Dragon Ball) are as opponents for Ness and Silver respectively. Overall, this MU tin can get it's caput handed to it.

Number 13: King K. Rool VS Gruntilda (Donkey Kong VS Banjo-Kazooie)

I'll exist honest, I've never played a unmarried Banjo-Kazooie game or a Donkey Kong game with Yard. Rool in it. My only experiences with are YouTube videos, Mario Super Sluggers and nail. With that said this MU never clicked with me.

Rool, Blackbeard from 1 Piece is a great choice for him, and if y'all don't like that for some reason, why not Ridley. As for Gruntilda, this is a fight I really want to push button, and that's Cackletta (from Mario) VS Gruntilda. It has pretty good connections, good animation potential, and interaction potential would be amazing just like this MU. Overall, while there is a lot to like about this MU, the animation potential kills it, and not in a good way.

Number 12: Omni-Human VS Homelander (Paradigm Comics VS The Boys)

Oh boy, this boxing. I sympathise thatt a lot of people of similar this MU and I can completely empathise, and I also know a lot of people similar information technology considering they like both characters. However, like with the last entry non merely practise I not know either character, simply I just don't think the MU is the best.

However I did say that this MU has some skillful stuff and y'know what, information technology really does. The connections, while not the deepest, still piece of work and my merely real negative with them is that the "evil versions of Superman" thing is shared with Homelander's other pop MUs (and some have more only that.) And, despite me not seeing either of their shows or reading their comics, even I know the interactions betwixt these two would be swell. Alright that's the positives, and accept a wild guess if know what I have a problem with. If you guessed animation potential, congrats, you lot get an invisible cookie, it's more interesting than the blitheness potential.

Yeah simply put, the animation potential is just actually tiresome, well-nigh of the fight would just exist Nolan and Homelander decking each other in the face, Homelander using his oestrus vision once, maybe twice, until ane of them wins. It'due south honestly super irksome considering of how piffling powers Nolan and Homelander actually have. If information technology weren't for the banter potential, I'd phone call it the cure for insomnia and spam the z button. It doesn't help that both have better alternatives, for Omni-Man, Bardock from Dragon Ball is definitely my preferred MU for him every bit they have deeper connections and Bardock has a larger arsenal which makes the animation potential less bad. As for Homelander, Tighten from the DreamWorks moving picture Megamind is my preferred MU as not just do have more connections than merely evil versions of Superman just besides since Tighten has laser vision besides it makes the animation potential objectively better. Overall I really want to like this MU, but the animation potential is so irksome that I can't say I really desire information technology (especially since both accept better.)

Number 11: Ryuko VS Akame (Impale la Kill VS Akame Ga Kill!)

With that said this MU has no reason to exist. I'm non even kidding. I could talk almost the terrible connections, Ryuko basically having so much stuff different than Akame that doesn't mesh well, how it feels similar an Akame VS Killua hater wanted to discover a skillful alt for Akame, saw Ryuko'due south design and said 'f*ck information technology' but I don't demand to when both of their alts do everything this MU does 10x meliorate. For Akame, Killua has good connections, expert animation potential, and is simply very good. I know this entry was short but, this MU merely does nothing for me and doesn't need to exist.

Number 10: Thanos VS Galeem (Marvel VS Super Smash Bros.)

I actually don't know how to talk about this MU. Merely... look at information technology. What am I even supposed to say. Well I can discuss how information technology's bad. Well, similar Ness VS Silver, the animation potential.... isn't the worse, it has problems and we will get to them but anything nonphysical clashes decently well with Galeem's armory. Alright time for the sh*tty stuff.

The connections are god awful, rivalring Frieza VS Mewtwo in sheer terribleness. They literally, "they wiped a bunch of iconic characters and those became memes" which are terrible in their own right but the fact that you need to use memes as connexion to justify a MU (unless it's actually of import to the characters) is actually bad. But connections aren't everything so allow'southward check out that animation potential. Like I said it'southward non entirely awful, simply at that place is some awfulness to it. And that's that well... all of Thanos' melee options clash horribly with Gsleem as he is literally a sphere with wings. It doesn't assist that better alts exist. Thanos doesn't need to return so allow'south skip him and honestly the closest thing to a "practiced" opponent for Galeem is Prometheus from Jump Force. Overall, a terrible MU that I accept no idea why information technology exists.

Number ix: Rayquaza VS Ridley (Pokemon VS Metroid)

You run into, while Bowser isn't slow, he does these big, meaty with tons of force, and that just doesn't work with an opponent as big as Godzilla. And before people bring upwardly fireballs, tell me; does Bowser spamming fireballs at Godzilla audio similar a fun fight, no, it doesn't.

"But Bowser can grow gigantic Odd! This means the animation potential tin can work!" I hear yous may enquire. And while yeah while the does set the animation potential, Bowser would have to do it from the showtime because of the terrible animation potential he has with Godzilla normally which leads into a new problem; the sense of scale. Number 7: Reverse Wink VS Scourge (DC VS Sonic the Hedgehog Archie Comics)

You want to know something funny, this was the entry on my terminal listing I wasn't able to complete. Well now we're here and then now I can talk about why this MU is bad...... right? Well actually here's the thing. This MU is pretty good. The connections, while not deep, still work perfectly fine. The animation potential could be pretty skilful, and the music and interaction potential are pretty peachy. Huh, why did I put this on the listing it seems pretty goo- (remembers Flash VS Archie Sonic exists) oh yeah that's why.

Yeah the reason why this is on the listing is because, this feels like a diet version of Flash VS Archie Sonic, with slightly worse connections and worse animation potential. A MU similar Reverse Wink VS Scourge is what I like to call an 'Echo MU'. Similar to Echo Fighters in smash, Echo MUs are MUs that are similar to some other MU, an case of which being Roxas VS Nighttime Pit. I for one am not the biggest fan of them as unless they meliorate than the og MU or are different enough to justify doing it (like with Darth Vader VS Obito), than I don't really run into why they should be fone. Mow most Roxas VS Night Pit as their to the lowest degree favorite of these MUs but I picked this MU. Why? Well two reasons

Reason #1: Roxas VS Dark Pit, while non doing this besides much, differs a decent corporeality from Sora VS Pit, non so much that I would it's unlike enough merely it still differs in ways that are good. This MU meanwhile this MU just differs from Flash VS Archie Sonic in that information technology's worse in every way.

As for Scourge, Albedo from Ben x is definitely my favorite opponent for him. Overall, while the MU is fine, information technology'south back-up really holds it back for me.

Number 6: Wario VS Knuckles (Mario VS Sonic the Hedgehog)

The fact that this is higher up than Thanos VS Galeem upsets me

So this MU is in what I similar to telephone call the "Zero VS Meta Knight trilogy" which consists of three MUs (Zero VS Meta Knight... no duh, Frieza VS Mewtwo and Wario VS Knuckles) that were hugely popular when Death Battle fist began and all three still have some presence today and had some spotlight in VS shows. Nada VS Meta Knight was a OMM and withal sees tons of request, Frieza VS Mewtwo got ii OMMs and a DBX, and Wario VS Knuckles was a OMM... and was the get-go episode of Cartoon Fight Society (I know an amazing achievement). Frieza VS Mewtwo was actually going to be on the list over this but if I'm existence honest that MU is only meh. Similar the MU itself is terrible simply I think the animation potential could be decent. Wario VS Knuckles on the hand is one I'm less kind too. Is in that location anything good about this MU, not really no. And then let'southward just skip to the sh*t.

The connections are pretty bad equally not is "Powerhouses who like to treasure hunt besides Mario VS Sonic rivalry" bad connections wise, it's as well flat out wrong. Knuckles doesn't similar to treasure hunt, that'due south Rogue's thing. Duke is only looking for the Master Emerald and not explicitly treasure hunting. Just maybe the animation potential is bett- oh wait it's terrible. Yeah despite this being a OMM, the animation potential is hot garbage. And that's because you're putting a character with a big and ridiculous arsenal VS a guy with a very bones and standard armory. Yous wanna know why Wario only shoulder dashed, punched and did modest farts In the OMM, because that'south the just stuff that works with Knux. His power ups, Wario Human, his wacky transformations from Wario Land 2 and three, him growing to the size of a haiku, none of it works that well against Knuckles, and fifty-fifty if it did, Wario would basically be stealing the show every bit Knuckles actually doesn't have a lot armory wise.And both just take better, Wario strains up do8need to return and as for Knuckles, Tifa is definitely a good opponent for him just, and I know this might exist a controversial opinion only I don't care, I retrieve Knuckles VS Yang is the best for both. The connections work fine enough, the animation potential is pretty skilful, and the interaction and music would exist great. I simply think that fight would exist really fun and could really well, unlike this. Overall, it's down right confusing how this was popular when it's so damn bad.

Number 5: Weiss VS Polnareff (RWBY VS Jojo's Bizarre Adventure)

And considering what's at this entry yous know which I notice worse.

Well let's see if there is anything positive about this figh- nope. Nothing about this fight is adept, non even the music potential which is normally the merely good thing near a bad MU. But that's nothing compared to the existent terribleness though. The connections are utterly terrible. Information technology's literally just "They accept white pilus and use rapiers" which, never heed the fact that technically Polnareff isn't the one using the rapier, his stand is, but.... deer lord these connections are horrible. It'd be similar saying Sephiroth VS Raiden has proficient connections because they accept white hair and utilise swords. But nothing almost this fight is as bad as the animation potential. Skilful lord, the animation potential. Only put there is one very big problem with the animation potential; Silver Chariot. See here'due south the thing about rapier fights, they are supposed to be very fast with constant stabs and blocking, with one of the best examples of this ironically being Weiss VS Mitsuru. Even so, it's carte of hard to practice that when the opponent is invisible. So for the entire fight, it'due south but Weiss blindly swinging while occasionally using stuff like dust , glyphs or summons, meanwhile Silvery Chariot goes to town with her with how fast information technology is and that it'due south invisible to Weiss. Plus Weiss doesn't demand to render... at all. Mitsuru was her all-time opponent, and fight was pretty good and because her other alts aren't very good either like Todoroki, Weiss shouldn't be on the bear witness over again. As for Polnareff, Sanji is definitely my favorite for him, equally Sanji is someone who I think actually could return.

Overall, in that location is just naught to line about this fight and it honestly just feels like it's just in that location to be a Weiss alt.

Non-existent connections, not very good blitheness potential and Doomsday shit stomps then hard Cell goes into Earth's core. Plus, both take so much better opponents, in SCP-682 and Dark Samus respectively. Merely I gauge I could answer the question the posed at the beginning of the entry, "WHY!?"

Well if you somehow didn't know, mode back in the season one finale, Death Battle released Goku VS Superman and because that information technology was well... Goku VS Superman. People were naturally mad nearly the result, and for some reason thought this, this. Either that or DC fans simply wanted to spite the Dragon Ball customs, which makes it even worse imo. Overall, this is a terrible MU that needs no introduction every bit why it'due south awful.

Number iii: Batman VS Darth Vader (DC VS Star Wars)

But the biggest reason why I hate this MU isvthat it solely exists so that DC can get an L from a non-Curiosity.

No grapheme or franchise, no matter how loved or hated, deserves a winner a loss. And making a MU or liking a MU simply considering a character or franchise wins or loses is non a a way of making or liking a MU at all. And if this episode does happen, then the whole 'DC deserves an L' thing probably won't even cease. People will probably say 'DC deserves more than losses' or 'DC can't ever lose confronting a graphic symbol not owned past Disney' It merely becomes a viscous wheel and information technology wouldn't exist fun for anyone. Plus, both simply have much better. On the off chance Batman gets a 5th appearance Mr. Fantastic or Moon Knight both only work so much better. Every bit for Vader, Obito from Naruto is the articulate. Information technology'due south different enough from Obi-Wan VS Kakashi to make information technology stand out, plus it has neat connections, animation potential, and music potential.

Number 2: Ben x VS Green Lantern 2 (Drawing Network VS DC)

Out of every single MU on this list, this is one I dreaded talking most the most. And can blame me? This is one of the virtually infamous MUs ever that just exist because Ben 10 fanboys can't cover the fact the fact that Hal wins. We'll be taking a quick detour from spite friction match area to pointless sequel trail.

Allow'southward start off with a minor trouble, better alternatives exist. For Ben, Geo Stellar works thematically and has fun animation and Jaden Yuki, my preferred option for Ben, has amazing connections, fantastic animation potential, and pretty good music and interaction potential. And while I definitely don't think Hal needs a return, Nova is still a meliorate option. Merely that's child's play compared to the existent issues. Firstly the animation potential. Come across, hither's the thing about rematches and why people want them. People want them because they want to encounter very old episodes that don't have very skilful animation, and meet what DB does with those fights nowadays, here however, we already saw south modern accept on Ben VS Hal, so the animation would either be too similar to the original, or would effort manner too hard to be dissimilar that information technology ruins the animation. Merely nothing, and I repeat NOTHING! Can compare to how toxic Ben VS Hal is.

Wait Ben VS Hal was far from a perfect episode, the potential wasn't fully utilized and the conclusion did a terrible job justifying why Hal won. And for what, so they can take a boring/lame animation with the same victor as last fourth dimension which is the exact opposite reason they wanted it again?! I'thou done talking about this stupid, idiotic idea for a MU. And to think... this is only Number 2.

Number i: Ruby Rose VS Ragna the Bloodedge (RWBY VS Blazblue)

Guys, gals and non binary pals. We've reached it, my number i, least wanted MU. And earlier anyone says it, yep I know Ruby VS Maka is confirmed, only that doesn't hateful they tin can't make another episode with Red in it. As such, I believe this MU is a 18-carat possibility and that scares me. Only let's talk about how utterly terrible this MU is.

For starters, the connections are Super weak. It'due south simply "people who wear red, use transforming scythes, and were one time in the same game." While on paper these connections are fine, besides them being in the same game (which is sort of mute since cross tag was combination of 4 serial and isn't even relevant anymore) the connections are bare basic and are almost nothing. Second of all, it's a gigantic stomp. Ragna absolutely obliterates Ruby and both stats and hax then much it makes Flash VS Quicksilver await off-white. But I haven't even talked about the elephant in the room: the DBX

If you didn't know Expiry Battle released a DBX of Ruby VS Ragna and I'thou pretty sure the animator was told by Rooster Teeth to make Ruby obliterate Ragna, in fact they even put a RWBY ad before the fight. And I'd be pretty mad similar most people... if it wasn't a DBX. Look I'm not proverb what Rooster Teeth did was expert just the fact that this was a DBX significantly reduces my hate towards it. However, some people want Ragna to fight Crimson in an actual Decease Battle and so 'Ragna can get his precious win dorsum' at least that'due south the only reason why I people would request this as both of their alts exercise everything this MU does 100x improve. Connections? Cerise VS Maka and Ragna VX Velvet are better. Animation potential? Blood-red VS Maka and Ragna VS Velvet are ameliorate. Fairness? Ruby VS Maka and- y'all get the point. Everything this fight does is done so much meliorate by others, every bit such, the reason I can run into anyone request this is so Ragna can win, or information technology'south a spite lucifer against Ruby (And we all know how I feel about spite matches)

Overall, this is a terrible lucifer up that I don't even want to summarize.
